Dorothy has worked as a clinician, multi-location clinic manager, and regional manager across Southwestern Ontario, training hearing care professionals now working in clinics throughout the region. That depth of experience informs every assessment and recommendation so you can feel confident your care is grounded in years of clinical and real-world expertise.

About your hearing aid practitioner: Meet Dorothy Gesuale
Dorothy spent twenty years on every side of the hearing industry before opening Always Hearing Clinic. She got her certification from George Brown College as a registered Hearing Instrument Specialist, worked in retail chains and independent clinics, and eventually managed six clinic locations as an area manager for one of Canada's largest hearing networks.

From there, she moved into a position with one of the leading hearing aid manufacturers. She worked as a regional manager travelling across southwestern Ontario to train professionals on clinical best practices, fitting, programming, and troubleshooting hearing aids. She advised clinic owners on everything from patient experience to practice growth.
Throughout the years of working, Dorothy noticed the gap between what patients needed and what the average hearing instrument practitioner was willing to give them. Confident and eager to make an impact she put her skills to use and opened her own clinic in 2025.
At Always Hearing, Dorothy asks the extra questions that will bridge your current self with your desired best self. She stays current with new advancements in technology and is highly skilled with deep knowledge of hearing aid programming and technology. She explains things in plain language so you understand the audiology behind your hearing concerns. She'll tell you exactly what's possible from a hearing device and work with you to get you to hear your best.

Hearing loss is isolating in ways that don't always get talked about. We want to change that one appointment at a time and as a community.
Always Hearing Clinic hosts regular educational events on hearing and brain health, social gatherings where people with shared experiences can connect, and seminars that give you and your family real information about your health.
The real goal of hearing better is a fuller life. Part of that starts with education.
